    • 1 medium white onion
    • 2 slices of stale bread
    • 200 grams of breadcrumbs
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp Mustard
    • ½ kg strained tomato sauce
    • 1 tsp Olive oil
    • ½ spoon of Vinegar
    • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
    • cumin (powder)
    • Salt and pepper

    Method of preparation

      1. Soak the bread in water, wring it out and put it in a bowl.
      2. Chop the onions and garlic and mix with all the spices, mustard and olive oil.
      3. Then place all the ingredients in the bowl and mix well
      4. Before kneading the meatballs, put a little vinegar in your hands. After this, the meat should be added to the bowl with the spices. When it is well mixed, the meatballs can be kneaded.
      5. Then the meatballs should be fried in olive oil. Once the balls are fried, set them aside and use the same olive oil (used for frying) to make the tomato sauce.
      6. Put the olive oil in the other pan and add the tomato sauce to the pan. Heat the sauce slowly and when it is hot add the meatballs.
      7. The dish can be served with rice, potatoes and pasta.
