When the sun rises over the hills of Crete, the day in October begins as it has for generations: with the olive harvest.
What began in 1883 as a local tradition with great-grandfather Dimitrios, grew into a family story that lives on in craftsmanship, respect for the land and love for pure olive oil.





The family started making wine and olive oil.

Became a doctor, but remained loyal to the orchard and joined the resistance against the Germans.

Spyridon studied mathematics, continued the family business and harvests ancient olives.
Dimitris
Dimitris grew up with family olive oil and wine and brought this to the Netherlands together with Daan.
